McMahon Group needed a Content Management System (CMS) to allow their staff to manage their own website. This robust CMS includes several key modules that allow McMahon Group complete control over their content.

• The Articles Module allows you to create, modify and delete pages on the site. Using this module in conjunction with the categories module will allow you to efficiently organize content for the site.
  
  
• The Media Module assists you in organizing content to be used by the site. Here you can upload media files such as images, Word documents, PDF files and Video Clips. Once they have been uploaded to the site, you will have access to them when creating Articles.
  
  
• The Newsletter Module is a useful tool to send email messages to the members of the site that have opted to receive your newsletter. Your sites members and guests have the ability to add themselves to the mailing list and opt-in to receive HTML or Plain Text formatted emails. This Newsletter Module will manage who gets what format as well as archive the messages sent for later use.
  
  
• The Category Module is the best way to organize the site content. By adding categories to the site, visitors/members can easily locate what they are looking for. They can also use these categories when searching the site to filter content and return results directly associated with what they are looking for.
  
  
• The Configuration Module is the backbone of the functionality for the content management system. It is here that you can configure just about every aspect of the website.
  
  
• The Edit Menus module allows you to create custom navigation in the Header and Footer area of the site (this will only be displayed if your selected theme supports it). This is useful if you wish to make links to specific articles on the site or links to articles on other sites.
  
  
• The Modify Users module allows you to manage user accounts on the site. Here you can create, modify and delete user accounts.
  
  
• The Search Terms module allows you to see what users are searching for on the site. This module not only tracks successful searches, but it also tracks keywords that returned no results. This allows you to catch keywords that should be associated with an article on the site, and to update your content accordingly.
  
  
• The CMS automatically creates separate restore points every time you create or modify an article. This feature exists to recover lost and/or corrupted data. You can restore the websites data to an earlier state by clicking the restore link next to the date you wish to restore.
